- Services. The Editor shall provide the video editing services described in this Contract and deliver the agreed files to the Client. Any work outside the stated scope requires the Parties’ prior written agreement.
- Client materials. The Client shall provide complete, usable source materials, instructions, branding assets, and approvals by the agreed dates. The Client warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use all materials supplied to the Editor.
- Schedule and feedback. The Editor shall use reasonable efforts to meet the delivery dates stated above. The Client shall provide one consolidated set of written feedback within ______ business days after receiving each draft. Delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may extend the delivery schedule.
- Revisions and additional services. The fee includes the number of revision rounds stated above. Additional revisions, changes in direction, or services outside the agreed scope shall be charged at the agreed rate or at a separately agreed fee.
